Model instructions state markings for 10/NJG 10 - this should read 10/NJG 11. Also gives upper surfaces of wing and tailplane as RLM81/82 splinter finish - publication 'German Jet Aces of World War 2' (Osprey Aircraft of the Aces #17) suggests RLM82 only.

I have recently attempted to order this item from UK model shop 'Wonderland Models' of Edinburgh, and received the following response from them;

"Regarding the above order, we have just been informed by the UK importer that the ME262 kit (RV04179) has sold out and been discontinued so we cannot supply it. Please accept our apologies for this. We have cancelled the item from your order and you have not been charged for it."

This is likely to suggest forthcoming discontinuation of #04179 and I have obtained my copy from elsewhere.
