I think I know what you mean, but it is part A3, not A13? Someone actually should buy three of these kits and create the ISU-version of your picture 🙂

Yeah, indeed. I think it concerns part A3. A travel lock on the BACK of an assault gun 🤔 neat trick if that crew could get their gun in that travel lock 😄

Obviously a leftover from the instructions of the hull of whatever kit this hull was taken from. It is one of those things that is a pretty good indication of Dragon's low standards for quality control.
