I'll be "nice" in regards to my opinions of this kit. Granted the kit is almost 15 years old, the detail is....what detail? The cockpit consists of a bland tub with flat instrument panels, a decal is provided for the gauges for the front and rear cockpit. There is no sidewall detail whatsoever. The plastic is super thin and flimsy, almost to the point that I'm not sure that it will even support its own weight. The flash, OMG, there is flash everywhere!!! I will continue to work on this nightmare and I'm sure this is definitely going to be a 10-footer at best. I'm almost positive that I'm going to have to add some styrene strips to reinforce certain areas of the fuselage and wings.

@Michael Hickey, I've got the Hasegawa kit as well and I'm going to be doing quite a bit of AM parts on it. I picked this kit up on ebay because in the sales photo that I was looking at, it showed that it had decals for the F-4G that used to fly with the 190th FS here in Boise, Id; however, that wasnt the case when I opened the box. I decided to go ahead and put it together, rather than sell this terrible kit to another unsuspecting fool like myself. LOL I also just picked up the 1/32 scale F-4G reissue from Revell.
@James C, this thing is terrible. I actually put it down yesterday afternoon after beating myself for even buying it. Live and learn I guess. I'm pretty sure I'll end up giving this one to my son and let him play with it, if it breaks no great loss. It will be good practice for techniques if nothing else.
